Jeffrey Jeffrey Dahmer was a serial killer that murdered 17 young boys and men between the years 1978 to 1991. He was DahmerвЂ™s thirteenth victim (Evans). Shortly after police left the apartment, Jeffrey murdered Konerak. This boy was a fourteen-year-old boy named Konerak Sinthasomphone who had been propositioned by Dahmer to pose for photographs in exchange for money. The police officers released the boy to Dahmer deeming the situation a loverвЂ™s quarrel. They also did not notice the odor emanating from the dead body of DahmerвЂ™s previous victim that was still lying in another room of the apartment. They failed to notice there was a hole drilled in the head of this boy where Jeffrey had injected acid into his brain in attempt to make him his own personal sex zombie. It is believed that they did not look sufficiently into situation due to societal times being racist and homophobic. Police believed the story Dahmer had told them. Police went back to the apartment with the two and Dahmer showed them pictures he had taken of the boy to prove they were lovers.

When officers arrived, a man named Jeffrey Dahmer was trying to take the boy back to his apartment stating this boy was his nineteen-year-old lover and that he had drank too much, which caused an argument between them. He looked to be hurt, beaten, bruised, and bleeding. On May 27th, 1991, a 911 call was placed stating there was a naked boy staggering in the streets.
